Fees include course materials, continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments, complimentary attendance to satellite symposia event, and continuing education credit.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds will only be given prior to January 2, 2020. Registration cancellation refunds will not be made after January 2 at 11:59 PM Central Time. Please note that if you fail to cancel by the deadline and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. The ISLAA Foundation will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants including but not limited to, airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
